Situated on the famous Sandy Lane Estate, this 2.5 acre tropical paradise is just five minutes walk from the beach. The beautiful grounds shade a large swimming pool (15m x 7.5m), a substantial whirlpool hot tub, floodlit tennis court, indoor air-conditioned racquetball court, fitness centre, marble floodlit ping pong table and shuffle board and a billiard room. There is also a playroom complete with slide, swings and climbing frame.

The Sandy Lane Golf Club is just three minutes walk away, and guests have full use of the owner’s beach cabana (with sun loungers and refrigerator). The interiors of the villa are tastefully decorated in white with white beams in pickled pine and pretty pastel furnishings. There are five bedrooms in the main part of the villa, two in the guest wing and a further double bedroom over the fitness centre: all spacious and en-suite. The open living room looks out over the pool while meals can be taken in the elegant dining room, candlelit in the evenings, or the gazebo.

Last, but not least, one of the main attractions of Bon Vivant is the wonderful staff who cater for your every need, prepare delicious meals (including freshly baked bread) and fill the villa with exquisite tropical flowers.

OPINION

This palatial villa, with its own sporting facilities for all ages and direct access to Sandy Lane’s plentiful watersports and golf, is perfect for large groups of friends or families , with a staff of ten to pamper and spoil.
