Alongside the elegantly arcing 24m swimming pool with waterfall Jacuzzi spa, an expansive seaside terrace commands breathtaking views along the coastline.
Complementing this, the stately Colonial-style residence has been impeccably designed for gracious living and entertaining. In the main residence, natural coral stone is highlighted through the spacious, light-filled principal rooms, all featuring high ceilings and large windows that have views overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
On the main floor, the grand foyer opens to the seaside terrace and elegant stairs leading to the upper level. The formal living room and dining room – with space for ten – both have French doors that open to the terrace running the length of the villa. Further rooms include a fully-fitted kitchen, two staff rooms, a gym and two en-suite bedrooms. Up the stairs and opening to a seaside terrace, the master suite is fitted with a four poster canopy king size bed, dressing room, steam shower, double vanity and luxurious Jacuzzi bath. Two additional bedrooms feature walk-in closets, private baths, and French doors to the terrace.
The residence is centrally air-conditioned and has solar hot water. Further rooms, all with en-suite showers, are set in a classically styled two story guest cottage, including its own great room with terrace, kitchen, laundry, and two bedrooms, and an upstairs master suite.
