The quaint little town of Speightstown is two miles to the north, with supermarket and food shops, and Holetown, with a wider range of shops, is four miles to the south.

The house has been designed as a romantic split-level chalet with three floors connected by a generous spiral staircase. Constructed of bleached timber, it combines traditional West Indian architecture with a dramatic modern style, letting in the light of the ocean on a cool and simple world of rattan furniture, wooden screens and natural fabrics. It is elegantly decorated and furnished throughout.

On the ground floor, you will find the master and guest bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning. There is a staircase leading to an upper, en-suite, air conditioned loft bedroom, while the lower ground floor has a well equipped kitchen with marble fittings and dining room. This opens onto a large sun terrace with swimming pool and a dining gazebo, complete with coral stone bar and barbeque, right on the edge of the beach.
