This luxurious coral stone villa is conveniently situated on the Sandy Lane estate, near the 18th green of the famous Sandy Lane Golf Club and close to the Sandy Lane beach. The villa is modern and spacious, with high cathedral ceilings and pillars. The large open-plan living room opens on both sides to terraces and a sun deck with a superb swimming pool. It is surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, where there is also a croquet lawn.

The accommodation is on two floors, with terraces on both levels. It is furnished impeccably with many beautiful pieces from India and the Far East. Equipment includes cable TV, VCR and stereo.

On the ground floor are double, twin and guest bedroom and on the first floor a double bedroom. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
