Sugar Bay is a new villa situated on its own sugary white sand beach, lapped by the turquoise waters of Discovery Bay. From its large, furnished veranda, the lawn gently slopes down to the private 100 foot beach. Here guests are welcome to use the property’s sea kayaks, paddle boat, boat dock and snorkelling equipment. Other water sports are available just a few minutes drive away. Within the grounds, there is a swimming pool (4.5m x 9m), hot tub, outdoor barbeque and a tennis court with lights. A seaside gazebo provides a perfect spot to enjoy the glorious sunsets, or a romantic candlelit dinner. Delicious home cooked meals are also served on the veranda or in the more formal indoor dining room or the staff will plan a torchlight beach party with barbeque.

The interiors feature elegant custom-designed furniture, colour-washed walls, gleaming floors and fascinating objets d’art from around the world. The vaulted living room has a music system with quadraphonic speakers for the veranda and pool area. A cosy upstairs second sitting area has satellite television and VCR. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There are two safes at the property.

A wonderful well-appointed villa, with five bedrooms set on two levels, is perfect for beach lovers , with its private white-sandy beach.
