This exceptionally beautiful villa has been constructed in the style of an old colonial plantation house, with all the rooms at both levels opening to wide verandas or terraces. It is situated high on Cap Estate, in the north of the island, with wonderful 360-degree views over the island and the sea. Access to the property is via a short though very rutted road. The interiors have been designed with Caribbean indoor/outdoor living in mind, in cool greens, marble and white, with stone archways, and elegantly furnished with antiques and potted palms in oriental pots. 

The ground floor includes a guest room with bathroom and sitting room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area opening up to an open walkway with stone pillars and a central palm courtyard and an exquisite master bedroom. On the other side, the rooms open via pale green louvered doors to the garden. Stone steps lead down from the garden to a swimming pool with a gazebo, surrounded by palms and trees. On the first floor a large covered veranda wraps around the house, cradling three further twin/double bedrooms, a single bedroom and first floor sun terrace.

OPINION

This wonderfully elegant villa is ideal for groups of adults travelling together, with its refined furnishings and stunning garden setting. There are resident dogs and cat but they can be put into kennels should you not be animal lovers.

ACCOMMODATION

Three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom. Maximum ten or eleven guests.

STAFF

Resident cook and maid. Additional maid service also included.
