Secluded in its own grounds, Firefly offers luxury, privacy and carefree relaxation, as well as breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Its airy, 10m high atrium is furnished in elegant colonial style with teak/rattan seating around a cooling central water feature. Open archways lead to formal indoor dining room with cathedral roof over magnificent teak dining table comfortably seating twelve. Large triple glass doors open to vast wrap-around covered terrace with pretty chandeliers, cooling fans, dining tables and sofas. The 8m chlorine-free pool overlooks the sea and beach below, is tiled in Italian glass mosaics and framed by a porcelain tiled pool deck with fountain. The kitchen is large and ultra-modern in granite and stainless steel, fully-equipped with imported appliances.

Accommodation is in four luxuriously appointed, air conditioned, suites on upper floor, all with sea view and en-suite showers with cool marble floors. Three doubles and one that can be a twin or a double. Each has a small TV, stereo, safe and small fridge.

For larger groups there is also a fifth bedroom available in the self contained, air conditioned Garden Suite, with sea views, its own sitting room and kitchen.

Guests also have the use of a private office, fitted out with iMac and unlimited internet access. With the run of the whole house and estate is a gentle resident dog.

OPINION

This is really an adults playground and infact children under 12 need special permission to stay here. The beach is just 600 metres walk away, while the triple-height atrium, airy dining area and huge covered terrace are ideal for lazy days, evening cocktails and dinner parties.

ACCOMMODATION

Three double bedrooms, one twin/double, one sofa-bed available in second sitting room. Option of a further double bedroom in the garden suite on request. Maximum eight-twelve guests.

STAFF

Two daily housekeepers and a cook available Monday to Thursday 7:30am until 9 pm and 8:30am to 3:30pm Friday at the apartment.

DISTANCES

Spa at Le Sport 15 minutes walk, golf, riding and tennis at Cap Estate three minutes drive, shops, restaurants, bars banks ten minutes drive. Hewanorra International airport 90 minutes drive, George Charles airport 20 mins drive.
