Saman House is a spacious villa situated in tropical landscaped gardens on the edge of a cliff in Cap Estate. Views extend west over the Caribbean to Martinique and the nature reserve of Pigeon Island.

This ocean-side property, which sits in two acres of landscaped gardens, has a swimming pool, barbeque terrace, gazebo and tennis court. A veranda extends the full length of the house, where the decor is simple - wicker furniture, tiled floors, whitewashed walls, wooden jalousie shutters and ceiling fans in every room, while large windows and doors are designed to take full advantage of the sea breezes. There are two kingsize bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

Nearby Club St Lucia offers entertainment for children if required with water-sports and a mini-club. The pool, deck, barbeque and Umbrella House extend in front of the house, and steps lead to the sea below.A safe swimming beach is located a few minutes walk away and a private, all-weather tennis court lies behind the house.
