Behind exclusive Peter Bay’s electronic gates and just a few minutes walk from a private white-sand beach, Coco de Mer is a super-luxury villa on St John’s leeward shores and is made up of three pavilions set into a hill and linked by tiled walkways that thread through the lush, landscaped gardens. At its heart, in a classical style reminiscent of a Greek amphitheatre, is a 5m x 15m freeform pool.

The main level has a large living area with gourmet kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to a veranda. On the lower level are two king-size suites while the other three double/twin bedrooms, all with private terraces and verandas, are set in two further pavilions. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The owners have requested no smoking inside the villa.

OPINION

We think this villa, combining the grace of a Grecian palace with the very latest facilities, would be ideal for groups of friends or families, with equal-sized bedrooms, an elegant pool and for the adventurous, a private beach can be accessed via a footpath.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Maximum ten guests.

STAFF

Maid service provided two days a week. Extra maid service and cook service available on request.

DISTANCES

Cruz Bay, with its shops and restaurants, fifteen minutes drive.
