Entering this enchanting villa, a coral stone staircase leads you down through luxuriant landscaping where the drama of this superb property unfolds: four pavilions within the fully-fenced and gated manicured grounds embrace a sweeping coral stone terrace set with a beautiful freeform 7.5m x 16.5m infinity-edge pool and bordered by an expanse of green lawn. The spacious main pavilion offers a large Great Room with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, a shaded terrace with wet bar just outside, and is flanked by a formal dining room and a wonderful gourmet kitchen. Adjoining is the office, computer, TV etc.

At one end of the pool the second pavilion houses the air-conditioned master suite with covered veranda, walk-in closet and bathroom including an outdoor shower. At the other end of the pool is a second pavilion, ingeniously built around huge smooth boulders with a pool level air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite with two twin beds and its own veranda, and stairs curving up to a second air-conditioned master suite with pergola terrace.

The air-conditioned Tennis Suite is just across the estate's private tennis court, with its own sitting room with two twin daybeds  (where two under-18s can sleep), cable TV and kitchenette as well as en-suite bedroom and roof terrace. Floors throughout are foot-friendly coral stone, furnishings Thai teak, windows mahogany. Total luxury.

OPINION

Real paradise, with two glorious beaches a few steps away, state-of-the art home cinema and breathtaking views from each room of the island-studded sea.

ACCOMMODATION

Three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom in three pavilions and a second sitting room with daybeds. Maximum ten guests.

STAFF

Maid service five days a week, Mon-Fri except holidays. Cook available by request.

DISTANCES

Little Trunk Bay Beach is just steps away. Spanish Town 5 minutes drive.
