This unique villa is set on two levels, with all the rooms being in separate pavilions and more than a dozen patios and courtyards incorporated into the design, each benefiting from the magnificent ocean views and wonderful tropical breezes. The main accommodation is on the entrance level, with a spacious living area with stereo opening onto a covered dining terrace with wonderful views over the pool and sea below, well-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with en suite shower and a loft with a pull-out single bed suitable for an older child, an air conditioned twin/king size with en suite shower and the master bedroom with king size bed and its own private roof terrace. On the lower level the fantastic infinity-edged swimming pool (12m x 3.5m) is right on the edge of the hillside. Also at this level is an enclosed sitting area with TV, a twin bedroom/family room, barbeque and bar. 

There are several beaches within easy walking distance and more if you drive. Diving, fishing, tennis and golf can also be arranged.

OPINION

This exceptionally peaceful and private spot, set in the middle of an organic farm, is ideal for those who want to get away from it all. However its not suitable for youngsters as the pool is unprotected and the terrace banisters fairly open.

ACCOMMODATION

Two double bedrooms, 1 twin/king size bedroom, pull out single bed, one twin bedroom. Maximum six-nine guests.

STAFF

Staff of ten including a resident house manager, cook, housekeeper, gardener, pool attendant, staff driver and security guard. Staff have their separate Estate House and are there when needed.

Nearest beach seven minutes walk, Arnos Vale Hotel ten minutes walk, Crown Point International Airport 20 minutes drive, golf (at Mount Irvine) 15 minutes drive.
