Situated amidst the lush mountains of Prospect on Tobago's sheltered leeward coast, this stunning property enjoys total seclusion and magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and the Arnos Vale hills. The house is surrounded by two acres of landscaped gardens, including trees and bougainvillea vines, as well as a 22 metre long swimming pool. Three double bedrooms with king size beds and three twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned are on the first floor, two of which have an extra trestle bed.

There are four bathrooms. A separate cottage contains a double bedroom and bathroom. There is a central Bose stereo system with speakers throughout the main ground floor rooms and pool area, security system, and office facilities with complete communication services. There is a well equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining facilities.

A continental style breakfast with cereals and fresh fruits from the orchard is included in the rental price, and lunches and dinners can also be provided at additional cost.


OPINION

This villa combines complete privacy with easy access to Tobago’s finest beaches, golf courses and restaurants and has a fantastic pool!

ACCOMMODATION

Three king size and three twin bedded rooms with separate double bedroom in cottage. Maximum 14 guests.

STAFF

Full-time gardener/caretaker who makes sure the villa and pool starts each day spotless. Maid service providing cereal and fruit breakfast (included). Other meals can be provided on request and cooks can be contacted as required on a daily basis. Night security guard.

DISTANCES

Stone haven Beach five minutes drive, Scarborough 15 minutes drive, Mount Irvine Golf Course five minutes drive.
