Situated on the north side of Providenciales, this superb villa occupies a stunning position overlooking the sea. To the front of the house, and easily accessed from every room, is a swimming pool surrounded by terraces. Steps lead down from here to a private swimming dock below. The beach at Thompson Cove is a leisurely swim away. Overlooking the swimming pool and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, is the large and comfortable living room, lavishly furnished and offering a full selection of entertainment equipment, including large screen TV, VCR and DVD, as well as movie library. The stereo system has independent speakers in the living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor entertainment area. The five luxurious bedrooms, all individually decorated, have en-suite bathrooms and wonderful views of Grace Bay and the sea. There are several dining options, including two informal dining areas outside the kitchen, the Courtyard Veranda overlooking the pool, and the Breakfast Balcony with impressive views to Grace Bay, Thompson Cove and the Blue Mountains. The covered veranda at the front of the house provides a shaded sitting area overlooking the ocean and swimming pool.


OPINION

Superbly sited over the sea on the glorious Turks and Caicos Islands. There are drops at this property so recommend no active children between six months and four years.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double and one twin bedroom. Maximum ten guests.

STAFF

Maid service is included for two full days a week. Daily maid service, a chef (6 days a week, 2 meals a day) and a nanny can all be arranged at an additional cost, with prior notice.

DISTANCES

Airport seven minutes drive, Grace Bay (water sports and shops) ten minutes drive.
